Where does our data live?
On IRBIS servers, never inside an AI model. Raw rows stay server-side; AI agents receive only vetted aggregates with sensitive columns aliased. Every operation is recorded in the audit log.
Can we buy seats without any AI?
Yes — that is the Starter plan: the full platform with files, engines, surveys, and reports, with AI switched off everywhere. Many institutions mix Starter and Pro seats in one organization.
How do we pay?
Institutions are invoiced per seat. Individual researchers can pay with Kaspi — see the Kaspi payment page. Per-seat pricing is shared on request.
What happens when a researcher runs out of coins?
AI assistance pauses until the next monthly balance. Nothing else stops — the platform, engines, and reports keep working. There are no overage charges.
